These will be organised by Mark, Paddy and various other members you can contact us via email here – training@bustinskin.com

We will try to attend as many as we can but like you we all have jobs to do so you may be asked to take a training run or ride every now and again.

Monday Nights – there is a five mile run from the new Weymouth Fire Station – meet just inside the door. 19:00

Wednesday Nights – Strength circuits at Oasis Cafe 19:00

Friday Nights – Swim, a lanes session, un-coached, from 19:00 for 2 hours – pay at reception – those members who have cards you will get £1 off per session at the Osprey Leisure Centre.

 

Saturday and Sunday rides – you need to keep an eye on our FB page for those.
